Just purchased a new Subaru Outback...and the process was easy...I highly recommend doing your potential business with a newer member of their sales force, Kris Jerome... I think he recognized 'my style' and coupled with his enthusiasm and easy going attitude, I was pleased to do business with him thru this dealership. He wasn't pushy and certainly dispelled the car sales person stereotypes that has plagued this business in the past.
The only thing that the public needs to know, at this point, is the massive construction project  that is taking place on site...A new service facility and eventually a new showroom as well is on the way...making parking something of a problem at present.....but that is certainly geared towards improvement so be patient.

10/13/14  Just wanted to leave some feedback on our buying experience this weekend. After buying a new WRX at another local dealer a year ago and not enjoying the experience, when my wife told me she wanted to look at the XV Crosstrek, I was hardpressed to find another Subaru dealer. After looking online, we decided to drive up to your location to look at a car that best fit her wants. When we arrived we were immediately and enthusiastically greeted by Nat. Now, as a person who has owned many cars and has an immediate distrust of any car salesman, I was almost completely disarmed by his demeanor and attitude. We had an amazing test drive, great conversation and he was very willing to show us multiple cars, cover each feature, give an honest opinion and be very patient with my wife who is still new to the car buying experience. When we decided that the Crosstrek was for us, Nat went above and beyond. Your lot had the right car but not the right color. Nat located and personally drove to Vancouver to retrieve the color of her choice. Negotiation was simple, no pressure and non-confrontational. Something that I am VERY unacustomed to in car buying. When it came time for financing and the paperwork, Steve was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to go over each form in detail, made sure to explain the numbers and what each form was. Out of the 8+ cars that I've purchased from dealers in my life, this was the first time someone took the time to make sure all was clear and understood. INCREDIBLY impressed. Once all was done, Nat again went above and beyond taking the time to go through all of the features of the car, the warranty, and maintenance. Taking that extra 15 minutes to show my wife how to work all of the features was appreciated and was something no dealer has ever offered or done for us before. all in all, This was the best experience the both of us have had buying a car. I'm going to make the longer drive to your dealership in the future for my 2013 WRX and our new Crosstrek. It may be farther but it is worth the experience. Thank you all for everything. We know now that those qualities are an integral part of who you are as a person. If you would, please extend our appreciation to the whole Management and support group of your dealership. From working with the sales and closing folks to meeting the service staff your whole operation works so well together and always seems to have customer relations and customer service on their minds. We have purchased many vehicles in our lives and we both can honestly say that we haven't had a more pleasurable experience ever! I worked with several of their sales staff for over 5 months (I kid you not) toward my Subaru purchase.  By all means I was an "annoying" customer... i tried to drive the price down with quotes from internet sales departments of other dealers, i asked for incentives, i waited 5 months for one incentive in particular, i wanted a certain model with certain options in a certain color.... the list goes on.

Not once did Subaru of Corvallis flinch.  They were responsive, warm and flexible the entire time and did everything they could do to make me happy and find us the exact car that we wanted for the most competitive price we could find anywhere.

It takes a lot for me to provide such a glowing review for any business, never mind a car dealership, but these guys deserve it, especially Steve and Charles.

Took delivery today of our new Subaru forester and it was one of the best and most streamlined car purchases I ever made except from family when they were in the business. It took five dealers to locate the black limited model we wanted and our local dealer Subaru of Corvallis' won out . . . being the first to find it. I wasn't disappointed at all by choosing them. They provided a fabulous car buying service, no surprises, and delivered what they promised. Kudos to Charles, Scott, and Chris. Each interaction was stellar, like family. I highly recommend them.

Buy from Scott-  Scott is the best!  I knew this when I stopped by 5 mins before closing right before a long Labor Day weekend and asked for a test drive.  He agreed and spend time with me without complaining.  My experience was quick and hassle free.  Scott was so informative and even offer to set my Bluetooth and etc up.  I still get the same level of customer service after the sale from Scott! And best of all you can't go wrong with buying local!
